You can choose from natural gas, propane or charcoal models. Sales Manager, James Murrell, acknowledges that he sells a $45 Weber portable grill for camping but adds, “We once displayed one for $15,000 that could roast the whole pig.” The company shares its building with Ferrelgas and has a huge propane storage tank abutting its parking lot, making it convenient to have your new gas grill’s tank filled so you can start grilling immediately!
Murrell shared a few interesting facets of the business. “The basic structure of all the cooking units is similar from a design standpoint.
Where do grills differ?

"In overall size, and the quality of the component parts," says Murrell. "As the composition of lines, fittings and couplings shift from steel to brass, the cost increases. Some of our grills are more expensive than others, but that is because of the higher quality of their parts. The more expensive grills will last much longer before needing any repairs or replacements. All of our units are warranted by the manufacturers and we service all of our brands plus many others.”
When purchasing a high-quality “permanent” stainless steel grill for your home, prior planning and consultation is indispensable.

“Putting in one of these grills should be considered an investment,” Murrell says. That’s why it is worthwhile to plan your cooking “island” before building begins. Properly planned, one of their grills can just be “slipped” into place. Otherwise, some masonry rework may be required. (Though they do not construct cooking islands themselves, they can direct prospects to qualified builders who do.) Pre-built island packages are also available. “A stainless steel grill, properly installed, can add to your home’s resale value,” says Murrell.
About 60% of their business is grill sales. This includes a wide range of brand names including Fire Magic, Lynx and Suwanee (manufactured in nearby Tampa). But the greatest portion of its propane-fueled grill sales continues to be the Weber Premium label. |

They also offer a complete range of stainless gas grills. The other segment of their business is filling propane cylinders
and R.V.’s. Murrell recalls that during Hurricane Charley in 2004, a line of people stretched down Laurel Road waiting to have their propane cylinders replenished.
