8 slices Texas toast-style bread
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Chocolate sauce
Raspberry coulis (pureed and strained raspberries,
lemon juice and powdered sugar)
Fresh berries for garnish
Filling:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 ripe bananas, mashed
Egg
Dip:
4 eggs
1 cup half & half
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. banana extract or banana liqueur

slices. Place second piece of bread on top of each
slice.

egg dip ingredients in a wide, shallow bowl. Dip
“sandwiches” into egg dip, and flip to ensure even

Fry
both sides of each sandwich on medium-hot griddle until
nicely browned. Remove, place all on a baking sheet,
cover and bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
Decorate plates with swirls of raspberry coulis and dots
of chocolate sauce. Cut French toast in half, dust with

2 halves on each plate, garnish with fresh berries, and
serve with love!
