Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients:
2 or more sweet potatoes
Ice water
Oil for deep frying
Seasoned salt
Directions:
Peel
potatoes, cut in half lengthwise, then carefully slice
very thin with a mandoline or sharp knife. Place the
potato slices in a bowl and cover them with water. Chill
for 1 hour. Remove potatoes from water and drain on paper
towels. |
