Pampering

pamper
(pam′per) n. 1. To treat with extreme or excessive indulgence, kindness or care.
Webster’s definition sounds delightful!

So let’s indulge in a luxurious, longer than usual bath. Sound good? Start your relaxation experience by turning on soothing music and lighting candles around the room. Draw your bath and pour in a generous amount of bubble bath or bath salt. We suggest a Chocolate Milk Bath that is subtly scented and designed to relax and rejuvenate.

Next, select a beverage of your choice. Perhaps sparkling water, iced tea or, if you want to stay with the theme, try a velvety Chocolate Martini. Slip into your private oasis and allow at least a half hour just to soak.

Close your eyes.

Relax.

You are now in . . .

. . . Chocolate Heaven!

1/8 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Run hot water into the bathtub. Pour in the desired amount of chocolate milk bath. Stir to dissolve.
