Pampering

Feet Need Love Too!

We squeeze our feet into shoes that are too small and slide them into heels that are too high. Many of us work on our feet all day long. Perhaps you’ve just had a long day of walking. All these activities can leave us with blisters or sore toes, ankles or soles. It’s time to give your feet some pampering!

Treat your feet to a nice long soak in warm water. For a soothing touch, add some spa salts, flowers or aromatherapy oils. You can also brew some double-strength tea of chamomile, comfrey or lavender and then strain into the footbath. Soak your feet long enough to soften the skin.

To really clean up and invigorate your feet, try a stimulating peppermint foot scrub. After a relaxing soak, use a botanical softening balm and finish with a revitalizing, therapeutic foot massage.

Put your best foot forward.
It’s great to pamper your feet—they’ll not only feel better, they’ll also
look better in sandals!
