Treat your feet to a nice long soak in warm water. For
a soothing touch, add some spa salts, flowers or
aromatherapy
oils. You can also brew some double-strength tea of
chamomile, comfrey or lavender and then strain into the
footbath. Soak
your feet long enough to soften the skin.
