Originally from Southern Italy, he has lived in Florida for ten years, and previously worked at an upscale Italian restaurant in Sarasota for nine years. Seared Yellowfin Tuna and Spinach

Appetizers range from the favorite shrimp cocktail to thinly sliced meats topped with freshly shaved parmesan –  a delicious treat in itself. Their specialty salads are innovative; the freshly baked bread warm and delicious.

Appetizers aside, your first course is the traditional pasta dish, with prices starting under $10. The food, impeccably presented, tastes as good as it looks. From fresh fettuccini to seafood risotto, these first course selections are enough for a meal, but for those of you who are ready for more, the evening continues with the second course.

The main courses include abundant and delectable portions of salmon, pork tenderloin, lamb, duck, veal, chicken or steak. These are braised, drizzled or caramelized with tasty accompaniments to create a meal you won’t soon forget.
